# Airstream Air Purifier Maintenance

**PUV 310**

**1.** **PUV 310** light , is always **red** and the air quality is good, what does it mean?

→ This is an indicator that the purifier sensor **needs to be replaced**. The part number PUV310SENSOR.

**2.** The **PUV310** purifier **does not start anymore**.  
→ Check if the power is flowing to the motor   
             \*  **If YES**: it indicates that the motor is defective and it should be replaced, product   
                                 code: PUV310MOT - MOTOR PURIFIER PUV310.   
              \* **If NO**: it is necessary to replace the electronic circuit product code:   
                               PUV310PCBPOW - POWER PCB PURIFIER PUV310.

**PUV 510**

**1.**  **PUV 510** light, comes **orange** every 2-3 days, even after cleaning HEPA filter what to do?

→ First, press the reset button for **30 seconds**, it is located on the left side of the device. If the light remains orange, you must clean the small filter next to the reset (with air or water but wait until it is dry to put it back) and the sensor behind the small filter with a Q-Tips with alcohol. If the light remains, despite the various cleanings, orange, it means that the sensor of the device must be changed. The code PUV510SENSOR.

\*\* Note that changing the sensor of the device is **complex and the risk of error is higher**, if the dealer is not comfortable we advise him to change the whole device \*\*

**2.** **PUV 510** light, is still **red** and the air quality is good, what does this mean? 

→ First, make sure that the small black filter on the side of the device is clean. If the light remains red, then the **sensor needs to be changed**. The part number PUV510SENSOR.
