TBORFPOI01/TBORFPOI03 Handle
The handle works intermittently. What should we do?
1. Check if it is properly connected to the signal. We can connect 5 handles/5 connections in total to the transmitter. The low voltage wires must be installed according to the instructions in the manual.
2. Replace the TBORFBATT batteries. New batteries will require a new connection to the transmitter.
3. If the handle still works intermittently, replace the insert: TBORFEMER1 (burgundy) or TBORFEMEN1 (black).
***Note that if the house includes items that require 915 MHz, it may also impact the functionality of the RF handle.***
