The wireless handle works intermittently. What should we do?
1. Check that it is properly connected to the signal. We can connect 5 handles / 5 connections in total to the transmitter. Low-voltage wires must be installed according to the instructions in the instruction manual.
2. Replace TBORFBATT batteries. New batteries will require a new connection to the transmitter.
3. If handle still operates intermittently, replace insert: TBORFEMER1 (burgundy) or TBORFEMEN1 (black).
***Please note that if the house includes items that require 915 mhz, this may also have an impact on the functionality of the RF handle***.
