Warranty Claim Process

Procedure  on How to Make Warranty Requests

The warranty form was replaced by online warranty warranty form. Once you login into your profile on trovac.com you will find your business name at the top which you click on. This will then show you your dashboard on the left side of the screen where you click on forms followed by clicking on the "Warranty claim process"

 

 

 

Once clicking on the Warranty claim process it will show you the following where you fill out the required fields and upload the receipt.  When done click send and we will receive it on our end where we will process the claim.
